The Simple Steps to Mineral Powder Cosmetic Application Success:

Always be sure to follow your skin care regime before application of cosmetics for a more meticulous cosmetic look.

After your last step of skin care, apply Fringe Benefit as your Makeup Primer...a very important step.

Apply Get Lippy lip treatment to moisturize lips in preparation of Lipstick application and to reduce fine lines in lips as well areduce feathering of Lipstick.

With your Hide-It Taklon™ Polyester Brush (especially made for the application of cremes or liquids, apply your Concealer [liquid (wand) or creme (pot)] in undereye area and upper eyelid area, around nasal area where there can be some redness, any where you may have skin discoloration and around lip line for a more meticulous lip line.

With Deluxe Kabuki Foundation Brush apply Mineral Powder Foundation in a downward motion to entire face including upper and lower eyelid areas. Always apply in a downward motion in direction of facial "peach fuzz". Blend Concealer with Flocked Sponge...flocked sponge can be cleansed and reused.

With Brow Sketch Stick or WonderBrow, fill in brow so no part of your brow is missing. Your brows are very important as they "frame your face". For some, we may find that parts of our brows diminish with age or some may never have had much in the way of a brow. Without your brow, you will lack expression. The rule of thumb is...when holding a pencil from the edge of your nose to the outside corner of your eyes, the end of your brow should be at that point. If your brow is too short, it will look like you're "taking off"...and without your brow...you will be "lost". To find where your brow should begin, hold a pencil from the edge of your nose straight up to the inside corner of your eye and that is a guide as to where your brows should begin. If you have too many hairs in the area between your eyes, see an electrologist or pluck those hairs...electrology will be more permanent.

With your Hide-It Brush, apply Sensational Eyes as your Eyeshadow Primer...this gives upper eye area a nice finish for the application of the Mineral Powder Eyeshadows.

If you like to add "volume" to your lashes, now is the time to apply blinc™ Mascara Lash/Primer to your lashes so they will have time to dry before applying blinc™ Mascara.

Using your Shade-It Fade-It Brush, apply your Mineral Eyeshadow Base Color over your entire upper eyelid...this is a very subtle color such as Moonlight Luminescence, Bare, etc.

With your Shape-It Brush apply your contour Mineral Powder Eyeshadow. If you need assistance in where this color should be applied based on your eyelid type, consider signing up for a Makeup Application Lesson.

Apply your Sketch Stick Eyeliner or blinc™ Liquid Eyeliner in the color that will enhance your personal eye color. Always apply to the top lash line if you intend to apply to the bottom lash line. If not, you will have a dragged-down look. The general rule of thumb is to apply across the entire top lash line area up to where the lashes begin and on the bottom from the outside corner to your pupil being sure to look straight into a mirror. Remember...if you are not going to apply to top lash line, then remember not to apply to bottom lash line.

Apply your blinc™ Mascara (highly recommended), allowing to dry.

With Buff-It Luscious Kabuki Blush Brush, apply your Mineral Powder Blush, keeping it two fingers away from your nose and not below your nose.

With your Sketch Stick Lipliner, line your lips and fill in with the Sketch Stick Lipliner as this will help keep your Lipstick and/or your Lip Gloss stay on longer. It's always best to apply a lip liner color similar to your lipstick color or a nude tone similar to your lip tone.

Apply your Lipstick and/or Lip Gloss

Lastly, and very important for that "perfect" makeup look, spray your face with a light misting of Face-It Facial Spray.
